We can’t even get away from it on our own site! So, we placed some Google ads on the right column, and even some of those ads make me mad. There are ads for dating Asian women or marrying Asian women or getting cosmetic surgery for Asians. Argh…unfortunately it’s a manual process to block out those ads, so we apologize if you see more of them. We’re trying to clean it up as much as possible.
By the way, the Secret Asian Man comic has indeed launched at comics.com. Let’s hope it sticks. There have been a few attempts in different parts of media, some of which have been successful, others not so much. I must say though, in TV shows, commercials, and movies, I’m seeing a lot more Asians. Not just Asians, but male Asians! Progress.
