A recent report shows that the public school enrollment of whites is less than the total of minorities, consisting mainly of Hispanic, African, and Asian Americans. I guess that makes the whites the minorities. It would be interesting to see what the data would show if private schools were also included.
Schools have been adapting to this change and catering to the unique needs. This is likely a trend that will continue not only in schools but in the US in general.
